To all of the parents that are watching their kiddos walk into school today for the first time, or even the 12th time. This can be a hard day! This can be a day of big feelings for everyone.
So its time for a big DEEP BREATH from deep down in your belly.
Exhale let tension from your jaw and shoulders follow your breath out of your body.
Feel your roots deep into the floor/earth below you.
Take a moment to see how absolutely amazing your kiddo is, all that they have accomplished so far, and that you were there to support and witness that! Well Done!
