Honey has been used for centuries, and for good reason.

It is more than just a natural sweetener. Honey is known for its soothing properties, its antimicrobial activity, and its ability to support healing in certain contexts. It has been used to help calm coughs, soothe sore throats, and support wound care, especially in medical-grade forms. Research also suggests that honey may help create a healing environment for tissue repair.

This is such a beautiful reminder that healing is not always about force.

Sometimes it looks like nourishment. Sometimes it looks like soothing the system.

Sometimes it looks like working with nature in a way that supports the body gently and wisely.

Of course, not all honey is created equal, and it is important to use the right form for the right purpose. Honey should never be given to babies under 1 year old, and medical concerns still deserve proper care.

Inside communities like Wellbee, these are the kinds of conversations that matter — learning how natural tools, traditional wisdom, and practitioner support can come together to help people feel more informed, empowered, and connected to their own healing journey.

A grandfather and researcher reflects on the critical importance of human touch and soothing for a child's survival and development.

He shares that children separated from their parents at birth often failed to thrive, highlighting how physical connection is essential — not just emotionally, but biologically.

He opens up about his own journey as a new grandfather, acknowledging he could have done things differently, and reflects on how we are all shaped by our upbringing and can always learn to do better.

In case you thought Wellbee was all serious conversations and deep breathing…

Here is your proof that we are also out here laughing, glitching, fumbling our words, and having an actual good time. 😂

Because healing is important.

But so is joy.

So is community.

And so is being able to be yourself without having to be polished all the time.
Happy April Fool’s Day from the beautifully unfiltered side of Wellbee. 🐝

In this clip from the Mike & Andrea Drabble interview, Andrea explains the powerful connection between hypnotherapy (specifically RTT — Rapid Transformational Therapy) and IVF success. She shares how unresolved emotional trauma and fear can affect a woman's body during conception, and how regulating the nervous system through hypnosis can improve IVF success rates from 25% to 50% — and beyond. A must-watch for anyone exploring the mind-body connection in fertility.

Slowing down is not falling behind.

It is coming back to yourself.

So many of us move through the day caught in what already happened, replaying old moments, or reaching ahead into the future with worry and overthinking. But peace lives here — in this moment. In the breath you are taking right now.

In the choice to pause, listen, and be present with yourself.

When you begin to slow down, you hear more clearly.

You feel more deeply.

You make choices from a more grounded place.

Ready to actually invest in yourself and your well-being?

Healing is not just physical. Let’s explore the connection between the body, emotions, energy, also know as the subtle bodies, along with the inherited patterns and conditioning we carry from family, culture, and past experiences. When we begin looking at wellness through a wider lens, we can start to understand how fear, guilt, shame, and stored stress can live across the physical, emotional, mental, and energetic layers of the self, eventually showing up in the body as imbalance or dis-ease.
