The pharmacist is an essential and unsung health care professional in our medical system. This was proven during the COVID pandemic when we supported our patients with easy, uniterrupted access to information, education, vaccination and practical tips to protecting their personal health and wellbeing.

However, we are again put in a very difficult situation where a number of essential services we provide, such as covid vaccination are being taken away from us. We need to again stand up to protect our patients' access to care and services that are provided by pharmacists .
