For years my days were structured around being needed.
At home.
At work.
In every room.
There was always something pulling on me.
A deadline.
A pickup time.
A problem to solve.
A mood to manage.
Being needed gave me shape.
And now?
The pull is changing.
He doesn’t need me the same way.
Work doesn’t define me the same way.
The constant demand is loosening.
And when the roles loosen, you’re left with a question:
Who are you when you are not urgently needed?
Who are you when the structure that kept you busy stops holding you together?
This is where a lot of women start to feel restless.
Not because something is wrong.
Because there is space.
And space requires self-leadership.
You can cling to the old identity.
Or you can decide who you become next.
This isn’t about kids growing up.
It’s about YOU growing up again.
Second half of your life!
On purpose.
