Keeping things moving this Friday 🔧💪
Working through a CVIP for Dozr Construction, including installing a freshly resealed hydraulic lift cylinder to get this unit back in top shape.
It’s the details like this that keep equipment working safely and reliably day in, day out.

Built back better 👇

This crane truck came in with a deck that was past its time—rotted crossmembers, failing sides, and no saving it.

What followed was a full rebuild from the ground up:
cut out → restructured → refabricated → finished.
From bare frame to a solid, ready-to-work deck.
This is what doing it right looks like 💪

All hands on deck 🔧🔥

This one turned into a full shop push.
Once it was opened up, we knew it needed everything—so the team jumped in to get it torn down, rebuilt, and back together on schedule.

This is why details matter during a CVIP 👇
From wiring repairs on stop lights and turn signals to assembling tank strap steps, it’s the small things that make a big difference when it comes to safety and passing inspection.
Catching and fixing these issues now keeps trucks compliant—and on the road where they belong 💪

What started as a CVIP turned into a full rebuild 👇

During inspection on this crane truck, we found rotted crossmembers that needed to be cut out. Once we opened it up further, it was clear the deck sides were gone as well.
At that point, it made more sense to go all in—full refabrication with a brand new flat deck built to last.
From tear-down to rebuild, this one’s getting done right 🔧🔥

A closer look inside that diff 👇
Once we got this one apart, the extent of the damage was clear.
Metal debris, broken collars, and internal components completely worn out—this wasn’t something you’d catch without opening it up. What started as a simple inspection turned into a full teardown to see exactly what failed.
This is the kind of damage that can leave you stuck when you least expect it.
Always worth taking a deeper look 🔧

Caught during a CVIP… led to this 👇

This tri-axle water truck came in for inspection, where we found a leaking pinion seal. After digging deeper and pulling the diff, we uncovered a failed drop collar for the diff lock.
What started as a small leak turned into a major issue — ultimately leading to a full differential replacement.
Catching it early helped prevent an even bigger failure on the road.
This is exactly why CVIPs matter 💪

In one bay, our tech is deep into a rebuild on a Detroit Series 60 in a 1999 Freightliner for Dozr Construction — bringing it back to life and ready for the road.
In the other, we’ve got a full flat deck refabrication underway on a crane truck for Flynn Canada. Rotted crossmembers and deck sides meant it was time for a complete rebuild — stronger and built to last.
From engine rebuilds to full structural fabrication, we handle it all 🔧🔥

A little bit of everything in the shop today 🔧⚡
In one shot, our tech is cutting off worn side pockets on a trailer — throwing sparks while prepping it for new, heavier-duty replacements.
In the other, he’s digging into a tricky electrical issue. This truck came in with intermittent starting problems, and after tracking it down to damaged wires and old connectors in the harness, he was able to repair it properly and save the customer from a costly replacement.
From fabrication to electrical diagnostics, it’s all about finding the right fix.

Keeping your equipment road-ready 💪
Our tech Dylan was busy rebushing the leaf springs on a 2017 Cantra flat deck trailer — making sure it rides smooth and stays safe under load.
Meanwhile, Dillan was dialing in some precision work, welding up the tailgate on a pup to get it back in top shape 🔧🔥
From suspension work to custom welding, we’ve got you covered.

Nothing better than seeing a classic done right. 🔥
This Peterbilt 389 came through the shop for a full Cummins ISX15 rebuild, and we didn’t just stop at performance—we gave it the look to match. Freshly rebuilt and fully painted, this engine is ready to put in the work and turn heads doing it.
From the parking lot shots to the engine bay, this one speaks for itself. Clean, strong, and built to last.
Appreciate the trust—another truck back on the road the right way. 💪
