I don’t post personal wins very often… but this one meant a lot to me. ❤️

I’m incredibly honoured to share that Divine Spine has received the Consumer Choice Award for Southern Alberta.

After 26 years of practice, countless conversations, adjustments, challenges, long days, and truly caring for people through all stages of life… this recognition feels really special.

When I first became a chiropractor, my goal was simple: help people heal better, function better, and live healthier lives. Over the years, that mission has evolved into helping people understand the connection between stress, posture, the nervous system, balance, aging, and overall wellness — and I feel grateful every single day that I still get to do work I genuinely love.

What made the evening even more special was having my sister there beside me to share the moment. Life moves fast, and sometimes we forget to pause and celebrate milestones together. Having family there made this honour feel even more meaningful.

To every patient who has trusted me; referred friends and family, supported the clinic, shared kind words, or simply kept showing up… thank you. This award belongs to all of us.

And to my incredible team at Divine Spine — thank you for caring so deeply about the people who walk through our doors.

Layering it onto a stressed, dysregulated body is.
If you’re dealing with poor sleep, unstable blood sugar, high stress, or under-fueling, fasting can trigger protection instead of fat loss.
