Ever dedicated to wellness initiatives, Dr. Andrea put together an osteoporosis program in college. Two decades later, she remains devoted to wellness, and creative in the delivery of the same under the umbrella of: eating heartily, sleeping deeply, moving freely, thinking clearly, and maturing gracefully.
