Cutting back on the unnecessary ingredients can be work, but we’ve turned it into a fun thing to do. Looking for recipes with simple ingredients so that the kids can make them is great for life skills,

This morning we made cereal, knockoffs of Cocoa Puffs and Cinnamon Toast Crunch.

Healthy fats, low sugar and no unnecessary fillers that interfere with their gut health.

Dessert tonight.

Kids were able to help measure, roll and dip into the chocolate. They were a huge hit!

Sprouse are such a fun way to get the kids involved in the kitchen and to possibly try something new!

This whole activity toddlers can even participate in as it’s just filling up the jar and then rinsing the sprouts out three times a day.
