Keeping it going. It’s been interesting getting back into distance running with the regularity required to rebuild.
Some days I can push harder then other but the single biggest difference from training now versus a decade ago is the fun.
Being put on the paths with my sons is amazing. Though I’ve never been smacked talked more either about being slow.
