The Art of Healing massage therapy with Rena Vaudry I am located at Diamond Valley Chiropractic Centre in Black Diamond Alberta Tuesday and Friday 9-2 😊 Registered massage therapist & certified yoga teacher.

You and I are on unique journeys. We are all on different paths, with different plateaus & scenery. No one has the same panorama at the top, but they are all perfect. Whoever you are, thank you. I utilize a variety of techniques to help ease your tension both physically & mentally. Myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, craniosacral, visceral work, deep tissue, breathwork and more are some of the

various ways I use. I love my job, there really isn't anything I'd rather be doing. I am ineffably grateful to be with you & breath through whatever discomfort, emotion and dis-ease you may be working through. I've been on my journey as a healer for my whole life. Of course, it had to start with myself. I've always been a bender. There isn't a time I can remember when I wasn't stretching, sitting strange & going off into the woods to ponder life. When I discovered that there was a whole community based on just that my life flourished! Yoga has truly enhanced my life. The perpetual practice creates so much love in all forms. I am so grateful for everyone I'm able to practice with; especially the kids! I love teaching in general...but kids are just the best! They teach us so much, so simply. They have taught me more then anyone else in this life. They're also the coolest friends ever! So much love & gratitude to anyone reading this, thank you for everything that you do.

***IMPORTANT UPDATE***
I do NOT have service in most of my new place (basement suite edge of Calgary) & do not have vehicle bluetooth. So PLEASE TEXT ONLY for booking. I cannot handle the call volume. ⚠️
Another update: In a month or so I will no longer be offering 60 minute massages (other than those who have already purchased). It will be a 90 minute minimum to book with me. ($140 for ninety & $100 an hour for multiple treatments in the same house) I will also likely have a restricted schedule then- so book in soon!! 💖
