I am ineffably grateful to be with you & breath through whatever discomfort, emotion and dis-ease you may be working through. I've been on my journey as a healer for my whole life. Of course, it had to start with myself. I've always been a bender. There isn't a time I can remember when I wasn't stretching, sitting strange & going off into the woods to ponder life. When I discovered that there was a whole community based on just that my life flourished! Yoga has truly enhanced my life. The perpetual practice creates so much love in all forms. I am so grateful for everyone I'm able to practice with; especially the kids! I love teaching in general...but kids are just the best! They teach us so much, so simply. They have taught me more then anyone else in this life. They're also the coolest friends ever! So much love & gratitude to anyone reading this, thank you for everything that you do.
