It’s hard to believe it has been just over a year since my last post. The time has gone painfully slow some days others, it whips by.

I’ve changed a lot in the last year. Healed and cut a s**t load of strings and attachments to people, places, past lives, traumas and just everyday garbage.

Changes are coming…I hope you stick with me. 😊

What has yours been?

I’ve turned it on and off during my 40 something years. I can tell you most times when I come back to it, it’s because I’m finding I am missing something. I feel like I’m stuck in a rut, I don’t know my purpose or mission, feeling lost. It’s so easy to get distracted with mundane things in life that we forget that there is more than work, sleep, eat and repeat.

A few times in my life I have come back to it due to trauma. But honestly it’s mostly the above reason.

I’m a day behind. Our house has been hit with germs this past week. Plus my husband turned 50 yesterday and apparently his gift was to get sick this week. Poor guy! All on the mend now.
