- Reliable; we cannot run our business efficiently without consistency
- Ability to work independently as well as be a team player
- Fluent in English with good communication, both spoken and written
- Detail-oriented while remaining focused on efficiency
- Problem Solver; no one wants more problems!
- Excellent customer service skills
Experience with POS and Shopify is preferred but not required
- Experience or interest in cosmetic formulation and production is a plus, but not required
- Experience with order picking, shipping, and receiving is a plus, but not required.

Other Requirements:

- In-person job. Must have own transportation to commute to our warehouse 5 days a week.
- Full-time availability Tuesday-Saturday 9a.m/10a.m – 5p.m/6p.m
- Ability to lift min 50lbs

Job Description:

- Re-packaging and labeling of bulk products, such as Shea Butter, Goat’s Milk Powder, and other raw cosmetic ingredients such as preservatives and surfactants.
- Retail store duties – re-stocking, assisting customers, POS, answering the phones
- Picking and fulfilling orders for shipping and pick-up
- Assisting with any and all other tasks that may be necessary, especially during staff shortages
- Fast-paced environment, we are on our feet most of the day!

Pay/Salary:

$15/hour to start with potential to grow based on performance
