Join and for a fun, approachable 60-minute workshop built for runners of all levels - whether you’re training for your first 5K, chasing a half-marathon PB, or just wanting to feel stronger and more confident on your runs.

This free community workshop will combine Ascent’s clinical injury-prevention strategies with Peak’s dynamic running drills and prep exercises so you can leave with practical tools to run smarter, move better, and reduce your risk of injury.

Strong athletes aren’t built by accident - they’re built with the right foundation.🏔️

Our spring /Athletic Foundations series kicks off next week, designed to help youth athletes move better, train smarter, and stay in the game longer.

Led by a performance-focused physio, this small group program focuses on mastering the fundamentals:

✔️Hip hinge
✔️Jumping + landing mechanics
✔️Rotational power
✔️Speed + coordination
✔️Strength development

We prioritize technique first - then progress load and complexity as athletes are ready.

Because research (and experience) shows:
better movement early = fewer injuries + higher performance later.

🗓️ Details: 2 class options

- Tuesdays or Thursdays | 7:30–8:30pm
- Runs until June 4
- $40/session (billable through physio benefits)
- Only 2 spots left in Tuesday class 👈🏼
