Why does desk work cause neck pain and headaches?

Improper positioning of your computer, work station and other tools used at a desk causes you to move your neck and head in ways that aggravate over time.

How often is too often to go to a chiropractor? - YouTube

This is a common question because there really is no generic answer - everyone is different!

Determining how often you should see your chiropractor is all about how you feel. If you're recovering from an injury or correcting a long standing problem, your treatment plan will likely include frequent visits until you see improvement. The goal is to see you less and less until reaching "maintenance" which will usually include a monthly or bi-monthly visit to check in and tune you up for optimal joint movement.
