Jenny Heidt - Doula Jenny Heidt is currently completing her certification as a Birth Doula through DONA international. This is your birth experience. Your Birth, Your Way.

Doula: "a women who serves" A labour Doula provides hands-on, continuous support throughout labour and delivery and sometimes postpartum as well. I have finished my Doula training with Doula Essentials and now I am currently in the process of completing my DONA certification. As a Doula I provide emotional and physical support before, during and after labour. I am here for you and I respect how yo

u want your labour and delievery to go. I will support your decisions, emotions and provide a variety of comfort measures when needed throughout labour. I provide:

Initial consultation will be set up to meet with the parents. At this time we will talk about what you are looking for in a Doula. I will go over my support and services.

2 Prenatal Visits. On call starting at 38 weeks until baby is born. I will stay for 1-2 hours after baby is born. (Can support in initial latch for breastfeeding)

1 Post Partum follow up visit. I will also take picture and video during labour and delivery if so desired. And I am available by email and phone always. I look forward to connecting with you to help you in the amazing miracle of childbirth. Jenny Heidt
