With such limited availability we don’t take on many new athletes as we have a very tight and committed team who stays with us for years at a time. So it’s rate that spots that come available.

I am proud to announce that this outstanding and experienced athlete Caitlin had what it takes to qualify for one of our yearly competition spots.

This is a serious and disciplined undertaking, the commitment to competitive physique sports.

From dawn till dusk, and beyond. The labour of love never ends. From Tilling fire breaks, posing my athletes, providing counsel to my clients, training some in the field or some in studio. Tending to the animals, and writing programs, then training this old (but not obsolete 😏) body to stay fit, healthy, and strong to keep up with my wife…. I believe it is all a gift from God.
Do what you, love what you do, and live every minute with the humility, that each one that passes, is a blessing.
Every day we are given the opportunity to draw breath, rise and be greater than the one before. Don’t waste a second!

🏆🥇TRANSFORMATION TUESDAY S/O To: TEAM AF CLASSIC PHYSIQUE ATHLETE for Taking 🥇in his class and putting in serious work, for a hard fought battle for the overall,
Natural National Qualifier this last Saturday in Edmonton Ab.

What a great show! Special thanks to Jenna .productions for THE BEST TAN, for always taking such good care of our Team AF Athletes. To John and all the volunteers for an awesome show such a great job everybody.

It’s been a minute IG. So, After building out the new studio / functional training development course. A big thanks to Lawrence and Matt from for all the great equipment, and .view.bison for the referral.

Then came several months of healing a cumulative troublesome shoulder injury.
I am successfully healed without major surgery.

Now I’m finally able to train my upper body again, and it feels amazing!

Not that 3 - 4 leg days a week wasn’t great 😏. But being able to feel that pump in my upper body again is magnificent!

When Injuries come, do not neglect the healing process. We must deal and heal! Proper treatment and nutrition is necessary to expedite the recover. Staying cardio active, training around injury and being nutritionally effective as possible is a MUST.

No matter what, we stay active however we can, while healing. Even if you are played up and only can use one arm, keep that arm active! Do not let injury hold you back!. Make the right plan and remember ALWAYS FORWARD 💪🏼👊🏻
