The challenge is doing 2,000 pushups in the spam of 23 days. You can replace Push-ups with sit-ups, squats, or any other alternatives that suit your fitness level.

The reason for the challenge is in memory of the 2,000 lives lost each day, worldwide. This challenge helps spread awareness and raise funds for mental health.
