For this patient, the goal was a stronger, brighter, and more youthful smile while keeping everything natural looking.

Treatment included professional whitening followed by four custom upper crowns, carefully designed to match the final shade and create symmetry and strength.

Before starting her career as a professional dental business administrator, Cristina was a professional dancer specializing in ballet, jazz, tap dance, and more 💃

This patient was born without an upper left lateral incisor and had a peg lateral on the right, which made them feel self-conscious about their smile.

To create a balanced, natural look, we placed two custom porcelain crowns to restore symmetry and bring the smile together.

The result is a natural-looking smile the patient can feel confident sharing. 😁

🦷 Meet Jenn! 🦷

If your little one feels nervous about the dentist, they won’t be after meeting Jenn. Her bubbly and fun personality helps kids feel comfortable and even excited to come in for their visits. Jenn is one of our dedicated dental assistants, and she has a special knack for helping kids build great dental habits to take home with them 👧🧒

Outside of the clinic, Jenn loves staying active and spending time outdoors with her own kids. Fun fact: she used to be a cycling instructor, so you know living a healthy lifestyle is important to her 🚴‍♀️

Meet Dr. Cocoa Huang 🦷

Born in Taiwan and raised in New Zealand, Dr. Huang earned his dental degree from Griffith University on the Gold Coast in 2013 before making his way to Canada. After spending time in Whistler, he settled in Calgary, where he continues to practice general dentistry in a collaborative, patient focused environment.

Dr. Huang is known for his friendly, calming demeanor and clear communication style, helping patients feel at ease from the moment they sit in the chair. He genuinely enjoys working alongside a team that shares the same passion for helping people smile with confidence.

Outside the clinic, you’ll find him skiing, enjoying the outdoors, cheering on his favourite sports teams, and most importantly, spending quality time with his young family.

Smile transformation by Dr. Kirk Martin ✨

This case was about more than aesthetics. Years of acid reflux had caused significant enamel erosion, weakening and wearing down the teeth. After addressing areas of decay, Dr. Kirk Martin restored this smile with custom porcelain crowns from premolar to premolar.

To complete the transformation, we also performed professional whitening on the bottom and back teeth to ensure a balanced, cohesive result throughout the entire smile.

Meet Dr. Glen Cowitz 🦷✨

A proud Calgarian, Dr. Cowitz graduated from the University of Alberta’s Faculty of Dentistry in 1988 and began his career with Calgary Health Services, where he spent 8.5 years providing dental care to underprivileged children 🤍

In 1997, he joined Heritage Dental Centre, where he has been caring for patients and building lasting relationships ever since.

Dr. Cowitz is married to Heather and has two children. Outside of dentistry, he enjoys giving back to the community by volunteering at the food bank alongside his wife and daughter 🤍 His dedication to his patients, family, and community is at the heart of everything he does.

She is passionate about keeping smiles healthy and comfortable, and is known for her calm, caring approach.
