The phrase “high-performing woman” gives me a full body eye roll now. 🙄

Because most of the time it means:

emotionally exhausted
over-functioning
terrified to rest
addicted to validation
praised for self-abandonment

Women have been conditioned to confuse burnout with ambition.

To believe exhaustion is success.
That being needed equals worthiness.
That over-giving is leadership.

But eventually the nervous system says: “Absolutely not.” 🚨

Some women don’t need another productivity hack.

They need to stop building their identity around proving they deserve love, safety, and space to exist.
