I am happy to report I just registered as a Clinical Counsellor in British Columbia. I can now support clients in both provinces.

This photo I took at Angkor Wat in Cambodia holds deep significance for me. It depicts Avalokitesvara, the "Lord who looks down with compassion." I was profoundly moved by this temple dedicated to such a compassionate figure. Even now, I feel the transmissions of Avalokitesvara’s energy and wisdom guiding me in my work with clients, inspiring deeper empathy and presence in my practice.

Pink Shirt Day - Bullying doesn't only happen at school between children. I work with a number of children who are brought to me for being bullied at school but as we work we realize that they are being bullied by a parent as well. Remember that how you talk to your children is how they will talk to themselves and to others. Teach self love, acceptance and unconditional positive regard. If you have nothing nice to say please protect your children from a life time of shame, low self esteem and the heavy feeling of not enough.
