Many poses can be accessed in new and interesting ways using the ropes. Learn to customize different rope set-ups correctly to fit you, so you can safely and confidently use the studio rope wall.

🧘The rope wall can help students of all levels by:
➡️adding a playful and dynamic aspect to your practice
➡️adding support to help with balance or go deeper in a pose
➡️creating further traction in a poses
➡️gently inverting with support in poses like downward dog

Refine your Uttanasana (Intense Forward Stretch)

Feel your body and breath calms and soothes:
– Extend your thighs from the knees to the hips
- Hips over heels
- Press the front of your soles down on the floor
- Stretch your side body
- Do not allow your buttocks to jut back
