Mid~August of this year I attended Tao of Morning Qigong on a Saturday morning with my East Coast & International Qi Family. This is a regular occurrence.

Our Dear Master Lu starts class with free form & we watch him set the tone for class. His practice is often very moving. Goosebumps are common.

On this particular day there was a profound depth, emotion & visceral response that was hanging in the balance. I wept, not knowing why.

Afterwards, I messaged a Qi sister: “who died?”

My Master’s Master, Grand Master Xi-Hua Xu had transformed mid~August 2025 in his early 90’s, they say.

In an ancient lineage such as ours, the unspoken was so palpable.

I never met Tai Master in 3D, yet I feel him everyday through the teachings I receive, through our practice & through mentors in our community that did meet & train with him. Like the great family tree of sacred ancestors, he remains with us 💚🌳

This energy being changed so many lives in his time here. I will continue to pay homage to him daily through my practice. I will continue to learn about his impact & gifts.

🌙✨ Look Up Tonight — November 6, 2025! ✨🌌

Tonight, the Moon will have a breathtaking encounter with the Seven Sisters, also known as the Pleiades star cluster in the constellation Ta**us.

As the Moon glides across the night sky, it will appear remarkably close to this sparkling cluster of blue stars — one of the most beautiful and recognizable sights visible to the naked eye. Best time: From after sunset until midnight, when both the Moon and the Pleiades rise high in the eastern sky.

Where to look: Toward the Ta**us constellation — just above the eastern horizon.

🌌 About the Pleiades:
Located about 440 light-years from Earth, the Pleiades are a cluster of young, hot blue stars — often referred to as the “Seven Sisters” in mythology. Civilizations from Greece to Japan (Subaru) and the Americas have celebrated their beauty and woven ancient stories around them for millennia.

Tonight, take a moment to step outside, look up, and enjoy this celestial meeting of the Moon and stars — a cosmic connection visible right from Earth’s backyard. 🌙🌠
