Over 30 drop in classes a week for all levels and abilities. Yogadotcalm is a warm and welcoming community where individuals come to share, inspire and practice yoga. We approach the yoga practice with a light heart and an open mind. The variety of classes that we offer are facilitated by a strong faculty of teachers, most of whom have over 500 hours of training and many years of experience. We we

lcome all students, from the seasoned practitioner to the brand new yogi. The calm setting of our studio is complimented by big picture windows, which bring in the light and inspiration necessary to the art of yoga practice. We want to extend a very fond farewell to our wonderful teacher, Shannon. 💜 She is moving on to new and exciting adventures, and her last class at Yogadotcalm will be tomorrow (Tuesday) at 1:30.
With a calm, caring, gentle energy, a bright and welcoming smile for everyone, and a way that just puts you at ease, she has been a loved part of our ydc teaching family for 11 years!

We are so excited to welcome back one of our favourite humans! You know this workshop is going to be super fun and full of great bits of information that will inspire and inform your practice.
A great consolidation of techniques that have informed Jeff's personal and teaching practice over the past year. We will dive into unique flow sequences, shoulder stability, powerful legs, and Jeff's current perspectives on backbending. "Rather than being your thoughts and emotions, be the awareness behind them." Eckhart Tolle
Have you ever really thought about your thoughts? Who is it that observes your thoughts, emotions, and reactions?
Part of the intention of yoga is to elevate our awareness and be reminded that our consciousness is not synonymous with our thoughts.
Take a moment today to step out of your thoughts by doing something that anchors you in the present moment: a round of deep conscious breaths, a slow cup of tea, an intentional movement practice, a few minutes to gaze out the window and take note of what you see. Enjoy tapping into your consciousness to bring calm and clarity back into the mind. 💜
