We are so pleased to welcome back the deep and healing practice of Yoga Nidra to our monthly schedule.
Yoga Nidra is a practice that addresses our essential need for rest and replenishment in a more complete and expansive way than we might receive through other forms of relaxation or even regular sleep. The intentional guidance of the practice creates space for us to move into a state of true rest and enter deeply into our parasympathetic (rest & digest) nervous system. When we are in a state of true rest, we can:
🟠 Return our internal systems to their original states and recover from our fight & flight/stress response mode
🟠Digest and process our experiences, stories, and emotions
🟠Deepen our capacity for regulation and presence
🟠Connect with and expand our relationship with ourselves
