Relief vs. Recovery
Relief and recovery are not the same thing.
Relief is often what you feel right after a massage—less tension, more ease, improved comfort.
Recovery is what happens over time when the body is supported consistently.
That’s when movement improves, flare-ups become less frequent, and tension doesn’t return as quickly.
Massage can offer immediate relief, but ongoing care helps the body adapt to daily demands.
