It is THE most effective hour of exercise you will find. We mix intense hits of cardio with burning strength tracks for an unbelievable hour of HIIT training. The best part is it's so fun you won't be watching the clock! If you've tried Zumba but found it tricky and not physically challenging enough then you need to come try HIGH. 2 left feet totally welcome and encouraged! It's easy to follow and makes time and calories fly!

I just had to add another song to my Strong playlist for tomorrow. We’ve been rocking a few Usher songs this session but it just didn’t seem fair not to add some TS to this week’s playlist!
