Yesterday I had a huge breakthrough with a couple of clients that needed manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) and I couldn't stop thinking about it.

I went home and pulled out my textbooks to review and started looking for classes to advance in this field.

Until then I can still offer MLD for clients that have generally healthy immune systems.

MLD can be used to:
-support immune system function
-decrease swelling
-decrease feelings of sluggishness/heaviness related to excess fluid retention
-improve circulation

The learning never ends and I'm so excited to share... More info to come!

4. The winner will be selected through a random draw & announced in early June 2025
5. The winner will receive a free massage! Additionally, the person that entered for them will receive a 15% discount for themselves!

Thank you for another wonderful review!

Currently, this is the newest review on the Sacral Health google page (even thought it was posted in January), and it has helped garnered attention and spread the word!

So far, word of mouth is the most effective way I've been able to grow my client base and get to meet more people. I really appreciate it when people take the time to show their support for me in this way ❤️

Three times today, I was told that my massage was ✨magical✨ and got called an old soul with a natural ability to heal... well, I'm not going to say no to those compliments.

Here is my current availability at Sacral Health.

I am still at Momentum Health in Ogden, every second Saturday. March 15th is booked up, but the next date I'll be there is April 12th from 10 - 3 so if it's easier to go there, call the clinic to get your spot while it's available!

As usual, these hours are pretty flexible and if you need help finding a time or have an emergency just reach out and I will try my best to fit you in.

Btw, those prices are with GST!

This concludes the reviews I got from 2024. As always, I am thankful whenever people are willing to put in the time and effort to share their experience - it is a great way to show your support for your favorite massage therapist!

The best part of this job has been meeting people and getting to hear their stories. It has shown me that there is still a lot of good in the world ❤️ And, it's honestly what helped pushed me through my first busy season.

I look forward to meeting more people and hearing more funny/happy/sad/heartwarming/wholesome etc etc stories from all of you. (Or not because sometimes we just need a silent massage too, right?)

As of right now, I think this is the "most relevant" review when you go to look at the Momentum Health Ogden page and I am pretty sure it has done lots to help promote me and explain my style of massage.
