As of May 4th I am able to see a wider range of emergencies in the office. I am not back to normal yet, but slowly getting there. If you have an urgent dental problem, call and I’ll let you know what the next steps are. The new workflow includes a higher level of PPE, strict social distancing, as well as additional pre & post procedural measures to protect my patients.

Everything can be done virtually now including video dental consultations for emergencies. I am here.

As per the professional associations and government of alberta, dental emergencies are to be first managed with pharmaceutical intervention. •

In office treatment is extremely limited and only for severe pain, infection, swelling, and/or bleeding. Specialist referrals can still be made as well.

We are living in crazy times but dentists can and should still help within the scope of what we are allowed.

Quarantine has me missing my craft 😔 and especially fun cases like this

I miss improving smiles & boosting people’s oral health with routine work. Small or big it makes a difference.

However, the is putting the definition of what “normal life” means into question.
