π Happy World Spine Day π
Today marks the 8th official ! With an estimated one billion people worldwide suffering from back pain, it affects all age groups, from children to the elderly. It is the biggest single cause of disability on the planet, with one in four adults estimated to suffer from back pain during their lives. Prevention is therefore key and this yearβs World Spine Day will be encouraging people to take steps to be kind to their spines.ββββββββββββββββββββββββββ
As most of you know by know, I work with a lot of spines! I truly enjoy helping patients get rid of their back pain and help prevent it as well. With that being said, if you are unable to get in for some treatment with your favourite therapist today, show your spine some love by performing some or all of the things below!
