Hopefully you are able to stay active this Canada Day 🇨🇦 weekend. If you find yourself hitting some golf balls, think SSP, but in this case that’s Stretch (before, during, after), Sizing (use properly sized equipment), and Pace (ease into an activity if it’s been awhile).

This week marks the clinic’s 9th anniversary! We feel so grateful to our amazing staff for their care, compassion, and commitment in our efforts to our patients.
We especially want to thank our patients who over the years have trusted us with their health. We started the clinic with the goal of helping patients get back to the things that matter the most to them, and we are honoured to have been able to do this for the past nine years.
