Cody is a Registered Social Worker who works with adults and teens navigating anxiety, depression, men’s issues, substance use, relationship challenges, and personal growth.

With over seven years of experience in mental health, Cody brings a grounded, collaborative approach to therapy. He believes that beyond credentials and training, lasting change grows from authentic human connection and a strong therapeutic alliance.

Born and raised in Calgary, Cody understands the unique pressures that affect individuals and families across Alberta. Outside the counselling room, he is a writer, musician, tabletop gamer, and avid camper.
