New approach to concussions has been published. In the first 48 hrs. after a concussion doing light exercise, eg. walking, is ok;. Then after that time, aerobic exercise such as prescribed by a physiotherapist is also ok as long as symptoms don't increase beyond 2/10 points.
An international panel of experts has revised recommendations on optimal management of concussion for athletes at all levels of participation ― with some major changes.
