They focus on mental health, and support individuals navigating through deeply rooted traumas, PTSD, depression, anxiety, addiction, and chronic pain.

We are so grateful for this conversation and the opportunity to shine a light on these important topics.

👂Occupational hearing loss isn’t just a physical injury, it can have lasting social and emotional effects as well.

Hearing plays a critical role in how we interact with the world around us, and for workers exposed to loud noise on a consistent basis, the effects of hearing loss can be especially challenging.

⏰️ Over time, these struggles can contribute to increased stress, depression, and a decline in overall mental well-being.

Something needs to change. Considering we spend one-third of our lives in the workplace, it’s time to break the stigma, start the conversation, and create environments where people feel safe asking for help.

Why do high-risk industries see such high turnover? 🤔

Workers in these industries often face more emotional distress from trauma, chronic pressure, and isolation - all of which can lead to burnout and higher staff turnover.

At Precede OHS we help teams recognize concerns early, respond appropriately, and connect workers with the support they need.

May is 🧠

In high-risk industries - oil & gas, construction, mining, transportation, emergency services, etc - the stigma around mental health often stops workers from asking for help. When mental health concerns go unaddressed, it can lead to higher risks of workplace accidents, illness, burnout, and staff turnover.

At we help employers, supervisors, and coworkers recognize the signs, respond early, and connect workers with the support they need.

🛡 Early intervention and strong support systems, both in and outside the workplace, can make all the difference.
