✨ Throwback Thursday ✨

10 years ago, Peggy Lucas "Former owner of Ponoka Health Foods," handed me the keys to Ponoka Health Foods… and I truly had no idea just how much this journey would shape, challenge and change me! 💚

These last 10 years have held so many memories, so many lessons, so many friendships, along with happy and sad tears, and so much growth.

There were beautiful moments…
There were hard moments…
And there were seasons I honestly wasn’t sure how I’d keep going.

Owning this store has not always been easy. There have been ups, downs, challenges, disappointments, and some very tough learning curves… but through it all, we are still here 🙏✨

This little store has been more than just a business to me.
It has been a part of my heart, my life, and my journey.

And now, with a full heart, I know it’s time for someone new to carry it forward 🌿💫
