Happy Friday, beautiful souls!

This Full Moon in Aries is a fiery one one! I asked what does the collective needed to know right now and pulled Never-Ending Story

Self-criticism; the wounded ego; unnecessary dramas.

There is a story woven through the imperfect fabric of life that tells of hurt and loss, rejection and humiliation, self-loathing, and arrogance in all manner of suffering born of unnecessary dramas. It is the old story whose refrain is that you cannot do this, must not go. There should not say that lest your world come crumbling down. Today, know that none of this is actually true. The sky is not falling the voice. You hear is just a small, scared conditioned part of you that got stuck in a lie, wants to protect you, and needs to be seen as a victim. Love that lost a piece of u. Fear is all it knows. Distorted guidance is preventing you from being true to yourself. YOU are not your story, and the narrator is simply the voice of your fearful part, small, invulnerable, and easily soothed.

Enjoying my coffee with the beautiful view. I am called to pull a card for everyone. It is the weekend of Canadian Thanksgiving, and I am feeling so grateful for this moment and my life. The card I pulled as a general message is Gratitude For The Past.

You are who you are in this moment because of your past. The good, the bad, the highs, the lows, the struggles, and the successes. However, you do not need to define yourself only through that past. You may have come through hardship in your life, but here is a chance to release your past so it doesn't impact your present.

Instead, turn your focus to gratitude - be grateful for getting to where you are now because of that past. Be grateful that you have navigated every twist and turn along your life's journey. Be grateful for the lessons you have learned along the way that have formed who you are - because who you are in the moment is pretty damn wonderful.

Ask yourself, "What do I feel truly grateful for from the past?"

Then say out loud, " I am grateful for the lessons of the past, and I release the emotions"

A) Ground From The Root - New Life

When spring awakens, the world, joy and excitement can be felt all around and in your very core miracles, beckon, all of us, this is one of those times in your life when new ideas inspire you and you new opportunities bring you, hope for seeing your dreams come true all is well in your world and you have the energy you need to feel renewed. Allow your heart to fill with enthusiasm.Let your light shine for this is a time of good fortune. To help you along with this, you need to ground from the root. Escape from your overthinking mind and ground yourself in your body - right down to your roots. You are spending too much time in your thoughts, which are holding you in your past or predicting an uncertain future. When you are grounded, you are fully present in your body. There is a deep wisdom that can be found there - the insights from your own life experiences plus the wisdom of your ancestors who have walked before you. It's time to get rooted in nature and connect fully to your body to rediscover the strength that lies deep within you.

Repeat these words of affirmation. "I am grounded and rooted in the deep wisdom of my body."

B) You Are Brilliant! - To Be Fair

Life offers experiences that are challenging and experiences that are nourishing yet over time, they strike a balance, remove from Bing from dasis to doing from discovery too loving to letting go to being again. Life is a pendulum swinging between all of these states. You will always oscillate back-and-forth between doing and being If you are not content with where you are at this moment. Remember that all experiences have their place. Accept them without judgment and you will see how the universe adjusts in perfect balance. You brief what you so for every cause there is an effect wondrous things will be revealed now. It's time to remember that You are truly bloody brilliant. Sometimes it is easy to get lost in an internal world of negative thoughts. Today that changes. How would you feel if every morning you woke up, looked in the mirror, and told yourself, 'I am bloody brilliant!'? Do you feel a little smile creep onto your face even as you think the words to yourself? That is a smile that knows on a deep level that you are brilliant. Perhaps you haven't reminded yourself of this enough recently. Words are powerful, so you must be careful. Which ones you choose? We often subconsciously, select the bad ones and then are surprised that we don't feel great. Think back to this morning. What did you say to yourself when you looked in the mirror if it wasn't a positive uplifting, thought, then let this be your chance to flip the switch and turn that frown upside down!

Repeat this affirmation "I am bloody brilliant!"

C) Trust The Call - Chaos and Conflict

Opposing forces come together to create a turbulent atmosphere, but consider the value of chaos that serves you well, as you become unamoured by it scattered to the winds. You leave behind the parts of yourself. You no longer need and disperse seeds, to reinvent yourself anew. Although the conflict appears to exist externally, its essence is also internal Projected outward and causing disarray. You may find yourself at cross-purposes with someone else facing a storm. You feel you can't control yet. Every storm passes and chaos leads to a reordering of things. Conflict provides a way to see more than one side of a situation. Look upon this as just a moment in time when you may need to take shelter and step away from The Fray. Don't be too eager to fight.This is a time to understand rather than to be understood. How can you move through this? Your intuition is calling you now. Are you listening? Maybe you have been too busy or distracted to hear it., but it is always communicating with you and direction you to where you need to go. If you are struggling to fund clarity in the direction of your life, stop looking and start listening. Trust that gut instinct that is your internal navigator. Long before our phones become our navigators. We instinctly knew where to go. So put your phone away and trust this call. Instead, there is a call that has no agenda except your happiness. Trust is not just given, It is earned, but your intuition has earned its trust from a lifetime of always being there. Maybe it is you who has been ignoring its call to trust your intuition. You need to become silent so quiet that the only thing you can hear is yourself.
