When it feels like too much, I notice how good it feels to take a deep breath. If you experience anxiety/panic, you’re not alone. I think it’s pretty understandable in this world. I believe in you, and that things are working out in your highest favour. Please be patient friend, and kind to yourself. This will pass. Everything will get better with some time.
