How to:�
1. Sit tall in a chair.�
2. Cross one ankle over the opposite knee.�
3. Keep your back straight and gently lean forward. For a deeper stretch, push down on your knee.�
4. Hold for 20–30 seconds, switch sides.

💡 Pro tip: Don’t force the stretch—breathe deep and go slow.

Have you seen the artwork in the office? 🎨

Angie enjoys the process of painting portraits, murals, landscape and florals. She was originally a graphic artist before becoming a massage therapist.
The process of creating art is very meditative and it helps her to be more in the moment. She tries to capture the areas around Calgary and the surrounding countryside. Painting from life is a challenge but she loves being in nature, and feels calmer after painting.
Her work can be viewed at Full Circle and is changed every few months to reflect the different seasons.

Core strength matters!�The dead bug exercise is a simple yet powerful way to build stability in your core while protecting your spine.

✨ Benefits:�
✅ Improves core stability�
✅ Supports posture and balance�
✅ Reduces stress on your low back

How to do it (with modifications):
1. Lie on your back with arms up and knees bent at 90°.
2. a) Slowly lower one arm toward the floor.
b) Slowly lower one leg toward the floor.
c) Slowly lower opposite arm and leg toward the floor.
3. Return to start and switch sides.
4. Move with control—your back stays gently pressed into the ground.

Try a few reps each day and notice the difference in your strength and stability!
