Grief and loss are experiences we all encounter at some point in our lives. Sometimes it helps to have a space to reflect, share, and better understand what we’re feeling.

We are offering a three-part community series on grief and loss, open to the public. These sessions are designed to help participants recognize and process grief in a supportive environment.

Creativity doesn’t fade with age! Through painting and other creative activities, our residents express themselves, stay mentally engaged, and experience the simple joy of creating alongside friends.

This resident is our first graduate of our Pilot program, "Silver Spoon". She is now trained to help other residents with meal assistance! We love promoting and building a sense of community at our Care Centres.
