Hey everyone,
I’m gone again! My time back in Calgary was way too short, and I didn’t get to see as many people as I had hoped, but I did manage to squeeze in a little body work for myself, because you all know how I feel about self-care.😉
I wasn’t able to get in with Eden, but I lucked out for a last minute booking with RMT Anji, she really got the job done! She also does Thai massage, and I’ll definitely be booking a full session one day. If you’re still looking for a skilled therapist, I think she’s worth trying.
I truly hope you’re doing well, staying healthy, and continuing to take good care of yourself

Well… that went by way too fast ☀️🌴

I thought I was dodging the cold stuff, but I have to admit, I’m happy to be catching the tail end of Calgarys winter. ❄️
I took this picture on the flight back, and the mountain peaks were absolutely majestic.

I’m so grateful and feel very fortunate to have been able to explore Puerto, and look forward to visiting again one day. It was a meaningful chance to slow down and enjoy the moment. 

Thank you…truly, to everyone who has reached out recently, whether inquiring about booking an appointment, checking in, or just saying hi. I’ve decided to continue taking time for myself and I’m not providing massage therapy in Calgary at this time.

No matter where I am, issues with tissues, always seem to find me.

My journey continues and here are a few snapshots of me helping out my host on a very makeshift table.
This session brought me back to when I first started my practice in 1995, working on a stationary table with three little stools around me so I could adjust my height and find my leverage. I was never so happy to get a hydraulic table in 2003.

Just me, an exercise ball, and a trip down memory lane. 30 years ago this month, I completed my massage therapy training at Mount Royal College and joined the Association of Massage Therapy and Holistic Practitioners, now known as the Natural Health Practioners Of Canada.
