I do a lot to keep myself in balance, but something is still missing! I’m not gaining traction the way I desire. This week, I’ve noticed that It’s the things I’m NOT doing that are preventing me from moving forward. Could be avoidance of that thing, like a conversation about my feels, or knowingly choosing to not do something I don’t enjoy doing, like tracking my expenses. Sigh&eye roll*
Picked up this book to review some things and was reminded of the things I keep choosing to DO NOT do for myself. I’m all for choosing “no thank you” when I don’t want to be surrounded by toxicity, but what about the things I need to do but don’t like to do? At some point I have to go there. Just like I make my Niece clean up her toys when she’s done playing, she doesn’t want to but tidy up is a big part of play. What are the things you’re NOT doing? ~xox💕🐾🫶🏼

Movement comes in all forms, physical, mental, emotional, energetic and spiritually. How we feel when we start is not often the same as how we finish. Noticing the subtleties of the shifts is the key to track the progression.
Notice what you notice.
Move.
Reflect.
Reassess.
Redirect.

Repeat.
