When I was 9 I daydreamed I would own a business that would help people be healthier, be fit, and look great.
So naturally I pursued Nursing as a profession..but soon found myself working in critical care and paediatric ICU. And though there was purpose in that, I felt there was a need to prevent illness and view ‘optimal health’ as part of a lifestyle norm.
So naturally I went into Dermatology Nursing which is when I was I was introduced to Aesthetic Medicine.
Treating cosmetic skin issues and seeing transformations on the outside was fulfilling, and the reward was seeing happy clients.
So naturally I started a business to continue this service that I felt honoured to perform. Yet nagging in the back of my mind I’ve always felt like we were not addressing the whole picture. Because inherently I have always believed you cannot have beauty without health.
So the journey continues and I hope to bring clients the resources and education they need to look and feel their healthiest and best while they are alive.

If I have learned one important thing in my own aging journey, it is this 👉🏽Protect your muscle mass like it’s your job👈🏽
