Being an entrepreneur is not just about building a business.
It is about building a life with purpose.

One of the greatest gifts of this journey is having the opportunity to wake up every day and share a message that truly matters. A message of hope. Resilience. Mental wellness. Leadership. Healing. And human connection.

For Bob Wilkie, entrepreneurship has become far more than a career path — it has become a calling.

From professional sports to speaking on stages, mentoring teams, supporting organizations, and helping individuals navigate life’s challenges, Bob’s passion has always been rooted in helping people become stronger mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually.

The incredible part about entrepreneurship is that it allows purpose and passion to work together. Every conversation, every presentation, every event, and every person impacted becomes part of something much bigger than business.

Through I Got Mind, we have been blessed to meet extraordinary people, hear powerful stories, and witness firsthand the impact that authentic mental wellness conversations can have on communities, athletes, leaders, and families.

Success is meaningful.
But significance is life-changing.

And there is nothing more rewarding than knowing your work is helping others believe in themselves again.

Thank you to everyone who continues to support the mission, invite us into your communities, and walk alongside us on this journey.

Together, we are making mental wellness conversations stronger, louder, and more impactful every single day.

There are moments after a presentation when the room goes completely quiet.

Not because people aren’t engaged… but because something meaningful has just landed in their hearts.

That is the power of the message behind I Got Mind.

When Bob Wilkie and our team step onto a stage, it is never just about mental health awareness. It is about creating connection, hope, courage, and honest conversation. It is about helping people understand that struggles do not define them — and that resilience, healing, and purpose are possible for everyone.

From athletes and students to corporate leaders, parents, coaches, and communities, we continue to witness the incredible impact that vulnerability, authenticity, and compassion can have on a crowd.

People leave feeling seen.
Heard.
Inspired.
And most importantly… not alone.

Mental wellness conversations save lives.
And every time we share our story, we help give others permission to share theirs.

Thank you to every organization, school, team, and community that continues to invite I Got Mind into your spaces. Together, we are breaking stigma, building stronger minds, and creating a culture where mental wellness truly matters.

As we watch the 2026 Memorial Cup unfold in Kelowna, it brings back powerful memories of the players, teams, and moments that shaped generations of Canadian hockey.

For many, the Memorial Cup is about championships.
But for those who lived it… it was about something much deeper.

It was about resilience.
Brotherhood.
Sacrifice.
Mental toughness.
And discovering the inner strength required to rise through adversity, pressure, loss, and expectation.

The 1989 Memorial Cup represented far more than hockey. It represented courage, perseverance, and the unbreakable spirit of young athletes learning how to fight through challenges both on and off the ice.

Today, those lessons matter more than ever.

At I Got Mind, we believe sport has the power to shape lives far beyond the scoreboard. The mindset developed through competition, setbacks, teamwork, and belief becomes the foundation for leadership, mental wellness, and personal growth later in life.

As fans celebrate the next generation of hockey stars in Kelowna, we also honour the players and leaders from years past whose stories continue to inspire others to keep going, keep believing, and keep fighting forward.

Because true greatness is never just about talent.
It’s about the strength within.

Exciting Updates for Youth Hockey Programs

Big things are happening at I Got Mind.

We are excited to announce new and updated Youth Hockey Programs launching this coming year, designed to help young athletes strengthen not only their physical game, but also their mindset, confidence, emotional resilience, leadership, and overall mental wellness.

Today’s athletes face more pressure than ever before, both on and off the ice. Our programs are built to support youth in developing the mental tools needed to navigate challenges, build confidence, improve focus, and grow both as athletes and as individuals.

This next generation deserves more than skill development alone.
They deserve support for the mind as well.

Parents, coaches, organizations, and athletes interested in learning more about our upcoming programs are encouraged to visit:

I Got Mind Website www.igotmind.ca

Together, we can help build stronger, healthier, more confident young leaders, on the ice and in life.
