Today was a rest day for training 🌞

This week gets a bit more challenging, doing as many as 24 Sun A's in a day. You don't have to do them all at once! Break it up and do as many as you can multiple times throughout the day. On the day of the event we do 9 at a time and repeat 12 times.

Remember not to force your way. Let your body guide you! 🙏⭐️💙

Happy New Moon!

This little seedling makes my heart happy! I found some seeds at my MIL's labeled Moon Flowers. On the last New Moon, a few clients and I planted seeds. I honestly wasn't sure they'd take but I planted them anyway. Here's the message... plant the seeds even if you're doubtful. If it's meant for you, in time they will grow. 🌱💚

Summer plans... 🌞🌊

Camping season starts this weekend for us. Doubt I'll get in the water on the board but maybe in the boat.

Headed out early so there are no classes Thursday evening, Friday, Saturday or Sunday morning.

The schedule is going to be very light and fluid for the summer. Always check for updates here and on the booking site, Vagaro. It will be updated regularly.
