The Khairiyat Women’s Health Equity Network is proud to support the fight against preeclampsia and HELLP syndrome by amplifying the work of the Cara HELLPs initiative. Founded in memory of Cara Kernohan, Cara HELLPs is dedicated to raising awareness, funding research, and advocating for women’s health.

This October, Cara HELLPs will host its 8th Annual 5KM Walk/Run Fundraiser on Saturday, October 4, 2025 at North Glenmore Park. This community event honors Cara’s legacy while directly funding critical research through Preeclampsia Foundation Canada.
