Metrow Massage Therapy I am a Registered Massage Therapist in Bridlewood, Calgary. Hi! I'm Laura, and I am a Registered Massage Therapist from Calgary, Alberta.

I view health as something for the whole mind and body, and that it doesn't look or feel the same for everyone. Knowing that, I love to help people feel their best using my knowledge of therapeutic and relaxation massage, as well as manual lymphatic drainage, cryotherapy, MVA cases, and prenatal massage to increase health and wellbeing. Our pricing is as follows:

$120 - 90 minute treatment
$100 - 1 hour treatment
$85 - 45 minute treatment
$70 - 30 minute treatment

Notable things that happened in Mexico:
-Saw bats leave their roost the first and last night's there
-Saw not 1 but 2 dead pufferfish on the beach
-Lots of different birds
-Sunsets and sunrises
-Buzz, Jessie, and Woody performing; the next night was Frozen Español (Note:we did not stay at a Disney resort and both shows were only watched by the people aged 60+ at 9pm)
-Saving an elderly woman from choking at lunch. My first aid FINALLY came in handy.
-Saving 4 newly hatched baby turtles our last morning there. Throwing the little buggers back into the ocean was awesome
