We just wrapped up our quarterly goal-setting meeting, and our team is committed in making to continuous improvements. Here are some of the goals we're focusing on this quarter:

- Efficiency & Time Management – Hitting our production targets through smarter, more methodical cleaning processes
- Documentation Excellence – Taking before and after photos/videos on every single job to protect our clients and our team
- Product Knowledge – Using the right cleaning products for the right tasks
- Security & Trust – Double-checking locks and security after every job because client safety is non-negotiable
- Client Communication – Being proactive and clear about schedule changes and team substitutions
- Confidence Building – New team members using timers to track real cleaning times and build confidence in their skills
-Service Mastery – Understanding the differences between deep cleans, move-out cleans, and post-renovation cleans

At the end of this quarter, we'll review how we did and set new goals for Q3 2026. This is how we grow — together, one goal at a time.
