Heritage Day Long Weekend Hours 🌾

Our South Calgary Health clinic (X-ray only) will remain open over the Heritage Day long weekend. All other Mayfair Diagnostics clinics will be closed from August 2–4 and will reopen on Tuesday, August 5.

Why does my doctor provide results instead of the technologist?

While technologists are highly trained to perform your exam and capture high-quality images, they are not legally permitted to divulge any results directly to you.

Your doctor reviews your imaging alongside your medical history, symptoms, and other test results to give you a complete and accurate diagnosis. 🧠

But remember, it’s always best to review your results with your doctor for proper context and guidance.

🚴‍♂️This year marks the 17th year of the Enbridge Tour Alberta for Cancer!

From July 19–20, riders from across Alberta and beyond will unite to share stories, honour loved ones, and fuel hope for a cancer-free future.

This year, Mayfair Diagnostics is proud to join the movement with a dedicated team riding to make a difference. Wearing our team slogan, "Ride Strong, Fight Hard", we’re committed to powering progress in the fight against cancer. 🚵‍♀️

Participants will take on route options ranging from 65 KM to 160 KM, with every kilometer powering groundbreaking cancer research and care through the Alberta Cancer Foundation.

Mayfair Diagnostics is proud to sponsor this year’s Teddy Bear Bash 🧸

Taking place on Saturday, July 5 at 9 a.m. in Wascana Park, near the Legislative Building in Regina, Saskatchewan.

This fun, family friendly event raises money for their pediatric unit and aims to introduce kids to hospitals and doctors in a positive way by examining, scanning, and repairing their favorite toys. Healthcare volunteers will be educating children on different elements of healthcare and providing X-rays of their teddies from 9 a.m. – noon.

Tickets are just $10, join us for a day filled with learning and lots of teddy bear care! 💗🧸
