Hormonal changes during perimenopause, menopause, and postmenopause can affect many areas of health – from sleep and mood to bone density, muscle strength, and pelvic floor function.

As estrogen levels fluctuate and decline, some people may experience menopause symptoms such as hot flashes, mood changes, or pelvic floor issues like prolapse, dryness, or urinary urgency. While these are common, they don’t have to be accepted as “normal.”

Pelvic health physiotherapy for menopause can help you learn to train or retrain your pelvic floor, address underlying issues, and support comfort and function through every stage.
