We’re thrilled to welcome Shannon to the Energize Health team! With over a decade of experience, she brings incredible expertise and a passion for helping her clients feel their best.

Here’s what makes Shannon an amazing addition to our clinic:

🎓Extensive Training: Graduate of the 3000-hour diploma program at the West Coast College of Massage Therapy Victoria (2010).
🏔 Diverse Experience:
- Provided massage therapy at a backcountry ski lodge.
- Traveled with teams for mountain bike races.
- Worked in clinical settings treating a wide range of clients.
🏋️‍♀️ Expertise in Treating:
- Recreational and professional athletes.
- Pre- and post-natal clients.
- Conditions like temporomandibular joint dysfunction (TMJD).

Lana Finley (BHK, DOMP), a vital part of our north team, is now also available at our south office!

Lana's background is in Kinesiology. She is a movement-based practitioner, so you can expect lots of helpful stretching and exercises to go along with hands on manual therapy in your appointments with her!
