Three Practical Workshops (11:30 AM – 12:30 PM)
Workshop 1: Sweet Sleep Yoga
Instructor: Sara Chan — Yoga Instructor, Singing Bowl Healing Practitioner
📍 Venue: Main Hall, CCECA
Overview: Helping the body and mind gradually relax, calming the spirit, and encouraging natural sleep.
Capacity: 14 participants
Note: Please bring a small towel, large towel, and yoga mat. If available, you may also bring yoga blocks or straps.
Workshop 2: Mindfulness Relaxation & Restful Sleep
Instructor: Trista Lam — Mindfulness Instructor, Alberta Registered Social Worker (RSW), Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC)
📍 Venue: Recreation Room, Basement, CCECA
Overview: Mindfulness and holistic well-being — learning the practice of “Mindful Sleep Baby.”
Capacity: 14 participants
Note: Please bring a yoga mat and large towel/blanket for warmth.
Workshop 3: Art & Relaxation
Instructor: Entory Wun — Expressive Arts Therapist, Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC), Professional Member of the Ontario Expressive Arts Therapy Association (OEATA)

Overview: Relaxing body and mind through expressive arts and five-senses experiences for mental well-being.
