The Float Pod creates an environment that cannot be found anywhere else on earth. During your session you are floating effortlessly in 1500 lbs of Epsom Salt dissolved into 11-inch of skin temperature water within a lightproof and soundproof environment. Gravity and sensory input are almost completely eliminated creating the ideal environment, for profound relaxation, healing and insight. Gravity, which has been estimated to occupy 90 percent of all central nervous system activity, is essentially eliminated. By freeing our brain and skeletal system from gravity, floating liberates large areas of the brain and thus, allows more central nervous system activity to be available, creating the perfect brain and body state for enhanced relaxation, healing and creative thought. Water temperature is maintained at skin temperature and after a few minutes you lose the awareness of where the body ends and the water begins. After resting in this unique environment many arthritis and fibromyalgia sufferers claim this to be the greatest form of pain relief they have ever found. Scientifically validated benefits include decreases in muscle tension, blood pressure and stress hormones, while at the same time the brain pumps out high levels of endorphins (our feel good hormones). After you feel the effects of your first float you may wonder how something so simple can have such a profound effect on your overall well-being. However, the benefits of floating are backed by over thirty years of mainstream scientific research in human performance.

We treat stress like it’s just something to try to ignore.

Push through. Stay busy. Keep going.
Tell ourselves it’s no big deal.

But the body doesn’t ignore anything.

Stress, trauma, and unprocessed emotion don’t just disappear—they get stored.
And over time, they build.

Maybe it shows up as tension.
Low energy. Poor sleep.
Getting sick more often.

Not all at once. Slowly.

Until the body asks for our attention in a way we can’t ignore.

We listen before the body has to speak louder.

Sometimes the only thing holding you back… is the thing you refuse to let go of 🪵😂

We all do this.

Clinging to old habits. Old stress. Old ways of doing things that clearly aren’t working… and then wondering why we feel stuck.

Meanwhile, the opening is right there.

Let go. Adjust. Try a different way.

(Or keep fighting the fence… your call 😅)

The Redox Reset

If you’re new to sauna + cold, this is a good place to start.

Keep it simple.

20–25 minutes in the sauna
30–60 seconds cold plunge (~10°C)
10–15 minutes back in the sauna

That’s it.

You don’t need to go colder or stay longer than feels right.
The goal isn’t to push… it’s to reset.

You step out feeling less stressed, with less tension—
a bit lighter, a bit clearer, a bit more like yourself.

Over time, your body learns how to adapt to the positive stress of the Hot and Cold.

Consistency > intensity.

If you’ve been curious but unsure where to start, this is a good entry point.

We’re here if you want to experience it in a simple, supportive space.

Try your first session with a cold plunge for $25!

When it comes to fear and anxiety, the fundamental question that helped me is: do I derive my identity from thought, or from feeling and being?

The more we can disidentify from negative thinking—and from the effort of trying to be somebody—and instead root our sense of self in simply being (not being this or that), the more we begin to experience a quiet inner freedom.

And from that place, we can actually be more effective in our roles. I find I’m a better husband, father, and son when I’m not caught up in trying to be those roles.

Growing up with severe anxiety — while loving sports but struggling mentally — these are the things I wish I had known.

Learning to work with the breath changes everything. When we slow down and become present with what’s arising inside us, we begin to take the driver’s seat in our lives instead of being tossed around by every thought and emotion.

From that place, we can face hard things — like a cold plunge — and discover we’re stronger and more resilient than we thought.

The point of a cold plunge isn’t to see how long you can withstand maximal pain. It’s to feel a little more calm, present, and to trigger a cascade of feel-good chemicals.

It doesn’t require sitting in a cold plunge for several minutes. A good question to ask with any practice is: Is this making me more present, or more neurotic?
