This beautiful reminder came forward during a reading session from a loved one that had past on. A gentle reminder of being patient with all of life's wonders and beauty to unfold.

I also appreciate this, as it allows me to reflect that we are not able to water all the flowers in the world and need to hold space to allow others to grow their own flowers of love. The flowers they water and take care of may not be our flower of choice, but it will be theirs. I believe this is part of the amazement, beauty and wonder in the world is that there are so many different ways of loving, just as there a many different types of flowers, and beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

Checking in with your Root Chakra on a daily can be a great tool to keep that flame inside of you. Once practice you can do to check in daily to see if your Root Chakra is balanced is check in with your hips and lower back. Are you experiencing lower back pain or do your hips feel pressure. There can be be many causes for why your experiencing this. A couple of questions is are you feeling overwhelmed on priorities for family and the day, it can even bring up financial stressors.

To help reconnect with the Root is heading into nature even for a few minutes, take a few deep breaths and reconnect with the earth and take in the surroundings around you, meditate, or even narrow down your priorities for the day. What are the 3 things you can focus on that will make the largest impact in your day to align with your goals, dreams or even to feel the most successful you can today?

It's been a humbling couple of months as I start up again. It's been wonderful to reconnect with many of you and connect with many of you for the first time. Thank you Tori Starr Art for this beautiful piece.

Tori created this piece for me back in 2021. With busy schedules, we haven't had a chance to connect in person for some time. However, I was finally able to bring it home the other week.

Tori creates what she refers to as Spirit Art. An intuitive way of connecting in with her clients and creates a piece to showcase what their energy looks like at the time of the art is made.. The symbolism and colors in the painting are unique to me in this case, to tell a story.

When I took this piece home, I sat with it to reflect back on where I was when it was created. At this point in my life, was prior to my break from I took for myself. If you look within the painting you can see some symbolis that Tori highlights as the symbols she saw within me and felt.

Now that winter has popped by - we are so glad to be partnered with for the Warming and Cooling Center, supporting local homeless individuals and their furry friends during extreme weather! 🐾 🏠❤️ Pets play a crucial role in mental health, and we're committed to creating a safe haven for all. ⁠

From December 1st to March 31st, people can leave their pets overnight, access pet and food supplies, social support and connect with our Coordinated Entry team who help unhoused folks tackle some of the barriers to accessing safe housing. ⁠

This came up from the past Sunday, during the monthly Chakra Messages Event. With goal setting and working with what we want to do or be in the new year. It can become everwhelming. The list grows of all the things we desire to have, do or be. But what are the things we want to let go of so we can allow all that beauty and wonder in?

For me, I'm letting go of fear. Fear of not being good enough, not being Brave enough. Fear of rejection. Fear that even my not so positive thoughts of self are going to be validated.

With giving away this Fear, I am able to bring in and create space for new relationships, stepping out of my comfort zone and being brave in my actions that align with my goals, desires and true self. And ultimately leaving space to allow me to see that I am enough.

What are your intentions for both bringing in and letting go.

What is the difference between a Reiki with Messages session and a Reading or Meadiumship session?

Mediumship/ Reading ~ Is where I connect with loved ones, Spirit, that have crossed over and I simply become the communication tool between you and Spirit. They will often come with validations to bring comfort that their soul is at peace.

Reiki with Messages ~ Is a healing method working with channeled energy and yours. Connecting in with your Chakras I am able to connect in and share what energy looks and feels like within your body. Working together we can release, uncover and bring in energy. This is a great way to connect further with yourself.
